License Information: When you purchase a subscription, we collect your email address and payment information through our payment processor (LemonSqueezy). We store your license key to validate your subscription.

Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as feature usage and crash reports to improve our application. This data cannot be used to identify you.

AI Features

When you use AI features (summaries, smart replies, etc.):

Email content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) via secure, encrypted API calls
This data is processed in real-time and is not stored by us or our AI provider
AI features are optional and can be disabled at any time

All email data is stored locally on your computer using SQLite databases. Your IMAP/SMTP credentials are stored securely on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
